I got up this morning, got all ready wearing this fabulous new to me vintage cardigan and right after I snapped this pic starting feeling extremely ill. Needless to say I quickly changed back into my pjs and called it a day. As I type this I am hoping it was just a quick tummy bug as I am feeling much better and hope to be completely back to normal by tomorrow.
Now about this sweater, Goodwill had my favorite day this past Saturday - 50% off everything. I happened to be in a slightly different part of town than normal running an errand and came across a Goodwill I hadn't been to. It ended up being a goldmine of vintage finds. I got this cardigan with its gorgeous silver metal closures, a lightweight red wool coat with amazing pleating on the shoulders and a beautiful black on black beaded jacket for the whopping total of $7!

I did some thrifting myself last night - mostly looking for a costume for the show I'm in at the end of the month, but shopped for real life as well of course!
I found THE MOST divine pleated hunter green suede skirt. Omigosh it was amazing! It was too snug so I left it behind, but let me tell you I'm regretting it more and more! Might go back today to see if it's still there!
