I love it when I can find "trendy" things by the way of vintage goodies at a thrift store. This past spring or summer (I think) H&M introduced some horse print items (dress, shirt, skirt and some scarves). I saw them on other bloggers and loved the print, but never made it to the store to get some horses for myself. So, last month while I was thrifting I was ecstatic to find this horse print vintage blouse. I love that it has the trendy horse print while still being unique.
I opted to pair the top with a red cardigan and red necklace to do some monochromatic layering. Normally I would have grabbed more other colors, but like the look of red on red on red that I pinned a while back (picture below).

Red Cardigan - Walmart, clearance for $7 (Jan. 2010)
Horse Print Blouse - Goodwill, $4.30 (Dec. 2011)
Red Necklace - H and M, $13 (Summer 2011)
Jeans - Goodwill (Loft), $3.50 (Fall 2011)
Boots - Avenue, sale + coupon for $15 (Dec. 2011)
