It is true what they say, "third time's a charm". The third round of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Scarf was super successful. The matching scarves visited 20 women in 13 states and the scarves never went MIA (as with the two previous rounds).
One thing that continually amazes me about the blogosphere is genuinely how nice and supportive the community is. Sure, there are still some bad eggs, but the nice ones far outnumber the bad. This Sisterhood of the Traveling Scarf "project" cements that fact even more. I have thoroughly enjoyed corresponding with the participants and seeing how they put their unique twist on the scarf.
I put together a slideshow that summarizes the states it visited (in no particular order) and the participants wearing the scarf (in order). I even set it to cheesy music! I hope you enjoy!
Also, I randomly selected a winner from the 19 participants to give one of the Traveling Scarves to and K of Excavating K's Closet is the winner. K, I will be in touch and mailing the scarf to you soon. I hope it will bring you some fun memories of your "sisters" across the US!

This makes me want to buy scarves! I have never worn one and this video makes me think I can try it.
What a cool video! I really liked seeing them one right after the other, it emphasized how unique and creative everyone was!
