Last evening you may have seen me tweet "I know a lot of bloggers think they have the best readers ever, but I honestly do!". I love all of the great emails and tweets that I get from readers, but when the email offers me free clothes I get really excited!
A couple of weeks ago I received an email from a local reader, Jocelyn, saying she had recently lost a lot of weight (Go, Jocelyn!) and had bundle of clothes that she thought would fit me. We met for lunch yesterday and not only did I get a tasty taco salad, an hour of fun conversation but I left with a huge bin of clothes. As soon as I got home I went through the bin and oh my gosh!! Jocelyn hooked me up with all sorts of great stuff, including this dress!
She had mentioned she thought we had similar style and how right she was. I actually have this same dress in brown and black. Love it even more in the bright pink color! Thanks again, Jocelyn!

I adore that pink dress. You and Jocelyn both have great taste :)
I LOVE the dress! It looks fantastic on you.
The layering here is so beautiful. I'm always too chicken to do such creative layering... Maybe some day....

Hey, it's Jocelyn! Glad that you found some things that you liked. I thought that was the same dress that you had in black/brown. I always struggled with how to wear it. It's a bit shorter on me and always felt kind of weird. It looks great with the layered skirt and belt. Plus, I LOVE the shoes!! I'll look forward to seeing how you style some of the other clothes. It was great to meet you at lunch.
I love the layering! And of course the black and pink. There is something so fun about black and pink, it will never get old. What a good idea with the scarf and the bangle. Fun fun!
