Wow, Tuesday came way too fast after the holiday weekend! I wasn't ready to go back to work today nor figure out what to wear. I opted to grab this LBD and added a scarf as a belt for some color and pattern. Some days you just need a simple combo like this!

Generally I don't wear any, you know except I do have to wear shoes every day. I am a pretty plain dresser. Plain tops and black capris are my uniform.
But anyway as I was getting dressed I looked at this collection of owl necklaces I had on a bulletin board. People give them to me but I never wear them. And I would not have thought to wear one since it is an owl head with red eyes and I am wearing a turquoise top, and they don't "match."
But I decided to be adventurous. Me in my non matchy statement necklace (it's that big).
It's probably due to reading your blog that I even thought about it at all. And I do feel rather more put together and less slapped together today. :-)))
