I needed a simple and cool outfit today based on the day I had planned. Also, I knew I would be outside for a while and didn't want to have to deal with a skirt or dress that had the potential to blow up. So I grabbed these basic black cropped pants and cute but comfy heels and let the rest fall into place.
Yellow Ruffle Top - Kmart, $13 (Spring 2009)

Black Crops - Burlington Coat Factory, $13 (Summer 2010)
Black Belt - NY&Co, on sale for $14 (Spring 2009)
Heels - Pucci via Piperlime, super sale but still not less than $50 (Early Fall 2009)
