Daily Outfit - 06/09/10

dailywear

While at the Lane Bryant Blogger Conference Tina of T Minus T Plus and I planned to coordinate an "accessories swap". One of the item I received as part of this temporary swap was this gorgeous multi-shades of purple, black and white Paoli scarf. Wearing the scarf with my new "modern seersucker" pants that I also got while at the conference* seemed like the perfect thing to do.

06/09/10

Lilac Cami - Lane Bryant, on sale + coupon for $10 (June 2010)
Black "Petal" Cardi - LOFT, super clearance for $17 (May 2010)
Stripe Trouser Pant - compliments of Lane Bryant (June 2010)
Silver Necklace - Target, $15 (2008)
Scarf - on loan from Tina
Evie Heels - Coach (Spring 2010)

You might have noticed over in the left hand column I have a link to the Fab Finds Facebook page - friend me, please! I am getting more into Facebook lately and actually have some content on there. Today there is a "Fashion Poll" question about animal print at weddings. Come on over and give me your opinion!

*Lane Bryant provided my travel and accommodations, along with complimentary clothing as part of my participation in this conference. As a participant in this conference I am committed, along with Lane Bryant, to full disclosure pursuant to FTC Guidelines.

L-O-V-E those pants. i have admired seersucker on others, but never found anything that looked like the right cut. i may have to make my way over to LB and try these pants on for myself!

That's an interesting way to wear a scarf. I'll have to try it with one of my shorter scarves.

You look lovely in lilac. I need some tips on tying scarves - I'm all thumbs.

What a creative way to wear your scarf--how did you do that? I love the colors of this look, they look great together!

You look amazing! And of course you are wearing my scarf in a much more fun way than I have ever worn that one. You are the scarf queen!

Thanks, ladies!

La Historiadora - I just grabbed a necklace made up of lots of loops and wove the scarf through the loops and left the ends free. It is a good way to wear the smaller scarves that can sometimes feel like they are choking you! :-)
