Summer Trend - Boat Shoes

The title of this post says trend, but honestly Boat Shoes are a classic item. They are the perfect summer time shoe for males and females of any age. They seem to be making a resurgence though this spring and summer.

Last evening while flipping through the May Issue of Nylon Magazine I saw a whole page dedicated to the shoe style. Then I received an email from 6pm.com stating Sperry Brand shoes (a name synonymous with Boat Shoes) were going to be up to 65% off today. Looks like a sign I should order a pair . . . maybe you should too!

Maybe this is a sign that I need some boat shoes too! Any suggestions on how to style them, besides with jeans and cargos? Maybe with a short skirt?
