I admit I have been drawn to feather earrings for a while now. I have never bought a pair because I don't feel they would work with the majority of my wardrobe, but geez they are pretty!
First off, I feel feather earrings work best in warmer weather and for most of us that means Spring and Summer.
I feel the outfits the earrings work best with are outfits that are light, airy and kind of floaty.
Since the feather earrings are such a statement piece, the rest of your jewelry should be kept fairly simple like below.

There are a few ideas for incorporating Peacock Feather Earrings into your wardrobe. Next up: Statement Necklace!

FWIW I don't think the sender-inner needs to be intimidated by these! Your outfits would look great with them, but I think a wide variety of outfits would suit them as well. I have some peacock earrings - admittedly I don't wear them very often because usually it weirds me out to wear feathers (I know, I'm weird) but I think they *could* be good with a ton of things. Blue, green, white, black, grey, or purple tops or dresses. Fitted or floaty. I would probably just not wear them right next to another pattern.
i agree that the peacock print is a lil intimidating ... but they are so fascinating to look at!
YAY!! Thank you so much, this was my request... I heart you! You gave some great tips and ideas, and I can't wait till spring weather comes so I can rock them!
Hellooo!
I love feather earrings! I have a bunch of different colors--mixed browns, white/pink, black, peacock , etc.
I love pairing the brown ones with a simple white button down, jeans, and boots--hair up of course! I love wearing the peacock ones at night with black for added drama. ;)

Excellent advice Kimberly! I think this could apply to any feather earrings, not necessarily just peacock.
