Reader Question - New Clutch Purse

I got this new clutch [from Handbag Heaven] for Christmas. I love it, but lately my fashion brain has been operating in black only. I used to almost only wear brown so I have plenty of brown clothes, I'm just having a hard time putting something together. I'm ok with mixing brown and black, I just don't want the only brown part to be my purse. Any ideas?

Anna, fantastic clutch!! I actually bought the same one for my mom for Christmas. You can definitely get by carrying this clutch with black since the chocolate brown in it is minimal and very dark in color. However, a couple of things that would help bridge the gap in the outfit is adding a pashmina or scarf that has similar orange or turquoise tones along with wearing a pair of neutral tan/brown shoes as this look demonstrates.
