Grab a Bright Coat and Get Lots of Compliments!

shop

These past several years I have stuck with basic black and camel colored wool coats. However, about a month ago I decide to grab a hot pink wool coat from Old Navy during their half price outerwear sale (sorry no pic, but it has since sold out). I almost second guessed myself and bought the coat in Charcoal Gray, but I'm so glad I decided to stick with the Hot Pink. I have received more comments on that coat than any other coat I have ever had and I've only been wearing it two weeks!

So, gals, grab a bright colored coat and being ready to say "thank you" to all the compliments that will be coming your way.

Makes sense to me! Winter is drab enough as it is.

I have a black coat, a red "sporty" kinda coat, and a bright blue one. The bright blue one is huge and ugly and I only wear it if the temps are in the single digits or worse.

I figure if I'm wearing it and I get caught trying to dig my car out of a snow drift, I'll be visible :)

I have an orange pea coat that I absolutely love-- I get so many compliments, and it's a great burst of color during the snowy grey winter months :)

I have a bright pink wool duffel coat, a red wool trench, and a navy military style coat. I have to have color during the dreary winter months.

I'm glad you like it and get compliments on it!! That's always such a nice feeling. I have a hot pink one too and it does tend to get noticed.

I always buy bright-colored coats to get me through the long Michigan winters. My dress coat is red, my casual peacoat is bright blue, and my fleece jackets are hot pink and lime green!
