Boots are perfect for rainy days if they can stand the wet. I love that necklace too.

When I do this for rainy days, I inevitably get the question, "why are you so dressed up? it's raining out." To which I respond in my head, "my, your pants look lovely soaked up to the knee...is that a new style?" It makes complete sense to wear a dress and boots...no walking around with wet pants, right?
