Oooooo, I just adore both of these outfits! The top one is just 100% perfect. It's so flattering, and I love the colors and textures together. And I LOVE the print and bright colors on the top in the bottom pic! The shoes are perfect with it. I had to laugh at your post, because I give "gifts" to myself, too, for birthdays, finishing finals, graduation, etc. Glad to see I'm not the only one! :)
I love both...the first one looks absolutely perfect on you!
Ooh, Kimberley! I adore the top outfit. Love the cardigan and the pattern/colour matching with the scarf. So chic!
Love these outfits! The first one is SO flattering and professional!
Great use of color! I need some scarves to pop up some outfits-you use yours so well!
The colors in that scarf are just glorious. And I love the pattern mixing the cardigan creates with the scarf.
I love that H&M tunic...the colors are so great on you!
I totally forgot that I have that markimekko top in teal and I have the dress in your pattern!
Very cute! I love this is your thrown on look its so refined!
ADORE that cardigan and skirt combo!!!
I like both outfits, but I especially like the cardigan in the first one.
I am so jealous of the way you effortlessly combine bright colors and prints. You always look amazing!
I am new to your blog and have been stalking it for a week or so now. Thanks for your inspiration and outfit ideas. I need it!
Love them both! I'm curious about the top of the dressbarn dress... is it sleeveless? It's great!
Thanks so much, ladies. I was really pleased with how the outfit came together - glad you agree!
Angela, the dress is sleeveless and the top part if actually a solid navy knit with a couple of belt loops. It came with a matching (to the skirt portion) cropped short sleeve jacket. When I first saw it I knew I would probably never wear it as a matching suit like it was sold, but originally thought it would make a cute jumper to pair a shirt underneath it. I am sure I will wear it like that in the future. :-)
I love that top outfit, it looks great! Well, I like both of the but that sweater in the top one is very flattering on you.
love the pattern mixing of the cardi and scarf on the 1st pic
love the tunic & colors of the 2nd pic....oh i want that bag!! :)
