Daily Outfit - 09/17/09

In August's Inspiration Calendar I shared a few pictures of food to use as outfit inspiration. It was a new concept to me, but I can definitely see how color pairings and textures stemming from food could be used when it comes to our closet.

I put this outfit together loving all of the "berry colors" in it vs. the all black I paired with this dress last time. Once I was dressed I realized that subconsciously my inspiration was probably a yogurt parfait!

Dark Denim Blazer - Burlington Coat Factory, clearance for $8 (Sept. 2009) This blazer actually came with red buttons, but I wanted it to be more versatile so I grabbed a couple of white buttons from my stash and viola!
