My original plan was to pair a denim jacket/shirt with this skirt ala Jane of Work That Wardrobe, however, the humidity is super high and temps in the mid-80s so opted for a lighter layer. Plus, I am really liking the Pattern Mixing that is going on.

You really are the mistress of the belted look. This outfit is fantastically flattering.
I love the mix of the patterns. Very modern looking, especially in that color palette. Way to up the ante!
I love the necklace. It echos the pattern in the skirt and the colors make the jewels in the shoes pop too. And look how teeny-tiny your waist is, girl!!
Love the pattern mixing, and obviously, I love the bag. It just says summer if you ask me...
It's still cool and rainy here!
I probably wouldn't be comfortable with this pattern mix, but you've pulled it off fabulously! And I love how the embellishment on the shoes compliments the necklace. (BTW, is this the same F21 necklace you wore on Monday that was listed as $12?) I looked at my local store and they didn't have it. Whether it's the same one or not, I love it/them!
You can really rock the statement necklaces!
Love the bag...perfect for summer
Hey - I have that skirt! I also have the brown and cream striped one and I never know what to wear with either - do you know which one I mean? Any suggestions? :)
I would have never mixed patterns and I love the idea I also love yellow with it - I always stick to boring black and white.
Thanks for breathing some new life into something I already own.
Love your blog.
Rachel
I love the bag!
